Join us for a soul nourishing day of ancient & modern healing, where movement, sound, rhythm, stillness and laughter gently guide you back to yourself. Experience yoga, drumming, reiki, Himalayan sound bowls, conscious reflection, and moments of noble silence designed to rest your nervous system and elevate your energy.
Registration: 8:30-8:45 AM
Come exactly as you are ......Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, 2 pillows, a blanket, a meditation cushion if you've got one , and of course an open mind for a day to pause, heal and to raise our vibration.
