Join us beneath the full moon for a deeply nourishing Himalayan sound bowl journey
.Let the tones wash over you, grounding your body and soothing your soul.
Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow or two, one for your head, the other underneath your knees, and a blanket. Remember, you will be lying on the floor for an hour so bring all that you need for maximum comfort.
