Meditation and Mindfulness Training
for groups or individuals
Mindfulness means to maintain present moment awareness and maintain a non-judgmental awareness in what you are doing, while you are doing it. Learning to be totally engaged in the present moment, where you are actually living your life.
Meditation refers to one of the many modern and ancient techniques and practices that settle the nervous system and trains the brain to be more focused, engaged and less reactive.
Linda teaches the SEED method, Simple, Easy, Every Day that is designed for the beginning meditator as well as experienced meditators that wish to deepen their practice.
Individual Meditation (1 hour)- $75

Vibrational Sound Therapy
for groups or individuals
An ancient instrument called a Himalayan Singing bowl is used in rhythmic sequences to bring the mind to a total relaxed state creating a sense of peace and bliss. The bowls emit a sacred vibration which enters the body and calibrates the vibrations bringing balance and harmony to our cells, organs and our energy system. The Himalayan singing bowls work on a fundamental level helping restore the vibrational frequencies to the physical, spiritual and emotional levels; an overall wellness treating the whole body rather than its parts.

About
Linda Welsh
Like most people living in the 21st century in North America, Linda began to notice the detriments to her health and happiness brought on by an accumulation of stress. In 2015, she was motivated to initiate a search on how to eliminate the stress or at the very least adjust how she was reacting to it. She happened across a meditation and mindfulness class that was being offered in her area and without any preconceived notions of what she was getting herself into, she simply signed up. She immediately observed benefits including increased clarity, more compassion and a sense of trust in herself and her life path.
Through mindfulness and meditation, she discovered that the secret to happiness can only be found within and we all have the capacity for happiness. This truth has captivated her into nurturing others to find their own inner peace and contentment through meditation and sound healing.
